**Beginning 9/27/2020 all services will be offered once again and the DECD is allowing all treatments to be performed without the need of a mask being worn by the client.**
I am so excited to finally announce my official reopening date! I have missed all of you terribly and can’t wait to see you all again soon. Continue reading to see the steps I have taken to protect each of you and how your visits will be under the Covid-19 protocols implemented by the state of Connecticut.
What To Expect During Your Visit
Now located at 25 Burtis Avenue, New Canaan, CT 06840. A video detailing my new location and parking will be sent prior to your visit to ensure you know where to go!
- Masks will be required at all times when a service is not being performed.
- There will only be one guest allowed at a time for a service. Upon your arrival, I am asking everyone to text me when you have parked and wait for me to confirm that you are allowed to enter the building. Parents with children under the age of 18 can accompany their child for the consult and paperwork but will be asked to leave prior to the treatment. There will be no waiting room available at this time.
- What To Bring To Your Visit:
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket). I am asking all clients to bring their own blankets to their service.
- A disposable, single-use bed covering will be provided to each client.
- Please bring or wear a tank top to your service as gowns will not be provided to you at this time. Clothes will be required to remain on.
- Please limit the number of personal items you bring in with you.
- Beverages will not be provided until further notice.
- Please arrive on time with NO makeup on. Guests who arrive 10-15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and will be charged 50% of their service value.
- Upon arrival, temperature screenings will be taken and clients will be asked to sign a Covid-19 consent form. This is to ensure the health/safety of all my valued clients. Temperature readings above the mandated 99.9 degrees will result in your visit having to be canceled but no charge will be added. Hand sanitizer will be available for you upon arrival and will be administered by me as you enter the treatment room. If you are feeling ill or have recently come into contact with a known case of Covid-19, please notify me prior to your scheduled visit (24 hours notice if possible). You will not be charged for this cancellation. All no-shows will continue to be charged a full-service fee.
- Facials during this time will purely be medical grade.
- Only the treatment itself will be performed with NO hand and arm massage.
- A nourishing hand treatment will be provided during each facial in lieu of a hand and arm massage.
- Your skin will be cleansed, degreased, and followed by the treatment of choice.
- Headphones will still be provided for music of choice if desired during each session with single-use disposable ear covers.
- Single-use disposable headbands will be provided.
- Checkout procedures will function normally with your choice of payment. Product purchases can be made at the time of your visit or mailed directly to you within the Tri-state area with free shipping over $50. Products are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be picked up in person until further notice. Product testers will not be provided, samples will still be available to take home with you in a single-use tube.
- A longer period of time is required to adequately disinfect between clients for everyone’s health and safety. This time eliminates the ability for me to be able to squeeze in or add-on clients throughout the day. I STRONGLY recommend pre-booking your visits at the time of checkout or through my website ASAP.
First and foremost, my first priority is that each and every one of my amazing clients and the rest of the community at large is safe and healthy. To that end, I have participated in Covid-19 sanitation training/certification as well as having implemented new regulations for in-office visits. Please know that I am doing my best, within the state regulations, to provide high-quality services while keeping each of you healthy. I know that the treatments you are all accustomed to will return in the future and until then I am committed to giving you the best experience possible. Thank you so much for your patience and support over the last few months and I can’t wait to see you all again soon!
